Paul's
obsession with the interplay of science and art manifests itself
in his primary recreational pursuits: cooking and sailing. From
1993-1997, in addition to running a successful growing design business,
he owned Zitella, one of Zagat's highest rated restaurants in New
York's East Village. Paul also has a passion for restoring historic

Paul lives in New York City with his wife, Lalita,
and puppy, Lafayette.
