Paul's obsession with the interplay of science and art manifests itself in his primary recreational pursuits: cooking and sailing. From 1993-1997, in addition to running a successful growing design business, he owned Zitella, one of Zagat's highest rated restaurants in New York's East Village. Paul lives in New York City with his wife, Lalita, and puppy, Lafayette.
